About Hearts for Homes
What We Do
Hearts for Homes was established in the Spring of 2006, as a Christian-based outreach ministry, to provide no-cost home repairs to very low-income elderly homeowners, ages 60 and older, in the Denton County area of Texas. Typical work includes painting, caulking, roofing, plumbing repairs, siding repairs and yard clean-up. Hearts for Homes coordinates with local agencies, churches, elderly service providers and community groups to identify low-income elderly homeowners in need of assistance.

Hearts for Homes is largely a volunteer-driven organization that relies upon volunteers and the generous financial support of organizations, businesses and individuals in our communities. We seek partnerships with businesses, schools, service organizations and individuals to maximize the effectiveness of this outreach ministry.
Donations of time (regardless of home repair skill level), money and materials are greatly appreciated.
